We follow all FTC Rules, Regulations and Requirements. Please do not ask, request or require us to bend them in any way, we will not comply with such demands. If it goes against the FTC, we aren’t a good fit.
Social Butterfly Marketing and Goody Bags is a legal registered business. Each of our blog outlets are under this name.

We accept PayPal to keep it fast, easy, secure and convenient. You can use your credit card to make your payments through PayPal.
Payments must be completed prior to any services rendered or products mailed out. No exceptions. Partial payments of 75% in advanced are accepted for large and or long term campaigns.
For partial payment clients: If your payment is late you will be charged with a fee of 5% (based off original campaign investment) interest rate in addition to payment owed. You have net 30 days to complete your partial payment based off agreed payment date. Late payment fees begin 60 days after agreed upon payment date.
Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are NOT approved after 24 hours after payment. Refunds will not go through after 24 hours of payment received. No exceptions.
Our services are online, they begin within 48 hours after payment is received.
Editorial and Advertorial Inclusions
Editorials: There is NO Charge or and investment costs to be included in any of our editorial content.
Advertorials: Payment is received.
We use Google Docs and Forms for the most part to collect content for editorial and advertorial purposes. By filling them out you agree to us using this information in any of our blogs or for social media posts. Incomplete fields that are required will result in a non inclusion decision. We do not accept N/A or other non relevant information in any required fields. If it is asked, there is a reason. Please answer accordingly.
Credits: We will always give you credit for your contribution. Credits include mention of brand, company, product or service name and links back to your website and social media accounts.
We do have anonymous contribution options, it is based on content type and with your permission.
Goody Bag Participants
If you are participating in events we are handling or inside any of our Goody Bag distribution services we have a couple of requirements.
Requirements for consumable goods:
- Must provide a sampling of the physical product. Example: 1/20 Lacon filled with lotion, soap, powder etc. 1/4 ounce of the actual product. A mini set such as a mini facial set.
- No less than two samples per Goody Bag
Requirements for non-consumable goods:
- Must provide at least 1 imprinted item. Example: pens with your website, logo etc., printed on it. Notepad of paper with your website, logo etc., printed on it. Water bottles, calendars and other items of your choice.
